William Nash and Agnes lived in Towamencin until he sold his farm there in 1756 and they then moved to Deep Run. William Nash had not gotten title to his land in Deep Run before he died. The codicil to his will provided that the executrix, wife Agnes, and executor, son in law Wm. Tyson, should have full power and authority to get a draught for Nash's Plantation, so that they might get a deed or title for it, if they saw fit. The appraisal of Nash's Estate came to L 439, 5 s, 9d. In May 10, 1762 Wm. Allen conveyed title of 175 acres, 44 perches just to the northeast of the 50 acres of Mennonite church land to Abraham Black/Swartz, a brother in law of the Nash's and a witness to Nash's will. Swartz had married Annie Kolb (born 1708) a sister if Agnes. A History of Bedminster 974 821 CAS P 60, differs from the account of A.J.
